Terms of Service & EULA

Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or utilizing the AffiStyle software, plugin extensions, or services provided via https://affistyle.shop. By accessing our software or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

Article 1: Scope, Definitions & Dual-Licensing Structure

• "Free Software": Refers to the open-source base edition hosted on WordPress.org, licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). Users are free to inspect, modify, and run the Free base software in accordance with WordPress foundation guidelines.
• "Pro Software": Refers to the commercial extension package granting access to 16+ premium templates (Styles 3–16), Edge Geo-routing modules, Multi-retailer Choice Architecture repeaters, automated Cloak prefix management, and priority developer support.
• "Merchant of Record": Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the merchant of record for all commercial transactions, checkout processing, currency conversion, invoice delivery, and global tax compliance (VAT, GST, Sales Tax).
• "Single Site License": Authorizes the activation and operational use of AffiStyle Pro on exactly one (1) live production WordPress installation domain (plus unlimited localhost, staging, or staging subdomains used strictly for testing). Sharing, reselling, or public redistribution of license keys is strictly prohibited.

Article 2: Commercial Subscription, Key Validation & Anti-Tamper Protection

• Cryptographic Verification: AffiStyle Pro utilizes cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signatures paired with your unique domain URL to ensure integrity. Attempting to tamper with, spoof, or bypass license authentication servers constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and results in immediate license revocation without refund.
• Maintenance & Updates: Each commercial purchase includes twelve (12) consecutive months of automated software updates, security patches, compatibility updates with major WordPress Core releases, and direct technical support. Following the 12-month period, the installed software continues to function on your site, but access to update servers and priority assistance requires an active renewal.
• License Transfers: If you migrate your website to a new domain or transfer ownership to a client, you may deactivate your license key on the previous domain and re-activate it on the new site via the WordPress admin dashboard or Lemon Squeezy customer hub.

Article 3: Merchant of Record, Payments & Invoicing

All commercial transactions are processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as Merchant of Record:

• Payment Security: Lemon Squeezy is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial processor. AffiStyle and Dreainno never receive, handle, or store your raw payment card numbers or banking credentials.
• Global Taxes: Applicable sales taxes, EU Value Added Tax (VAT), and Goods & Services Tax (GST) are calculated automatically and remitted by Lemon Squeezy to relevant regional tax authorities.
• Receipts & Invoicing: Official VAT/tax invoices are generated automatically and emailed immediately upon successful checkout completion.

Article 4: Affiliate Disclosure, FTC Guidelines & Publisher Liability

AffiStyle provides software presentation tools, cloaking infrastructure, and responsive comparison boxes for commercial affiliate publishing. The licensee assumes sole legal responsibility for ensuring their published content and recommendations comply with all regional and international regulations:

• FTC Compliance: Compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), including prominent placement of clear, conspicuous commercial affiliate disclosures.
• Amazon Associates Operating Agreement: Adherence to Amazon Associates Program policies, including prohibited behavior (e.g. offline price scraping, static pricing representations, or inaccurate availability badges).
• GDPR & Cookie Directives: Compliance with regional privacy legislation regarding outbound link disclosures, cookie consent banners, and tracking parameters.

Article 5: Technical Support Scope & Exclusions

Technical support is provided via email ([email protected]) to active license holders:

• Covered Scope: Verification of license keys, troubleshooting core plugin defects, installation guidance, and advice on standard shortcode / Gutenberg block usage.
• Exclusions: Support does not cover custom third-party CSS theme overrides, performance issues stemming from overloaded web hosts, database corruption caused by conflicting database plugins, or modifications made directly to the plugin's source code.

Article 6: Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AFFISTYLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AFFISTYLE, DREAINNO STUDIO, MAYURESH PANDIT, OR AFFILIATED DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF COMMISSIONS, ADVERTISING REVENUE, DATA LOSS, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR SEARCH ENGINE RANKING PENALTIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Article 7: Termination, Governing Jurisdiction & Legal Inquiries

• Termination: We reserve the right to revoke license keys or terminate access to updates for users who engage in fraudulent chargebacks, commercial piracy, or unauthorized distribution.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
